These include hardness, surface, beam flange hole quality, bolt holes sizing, positioning, perpendicularity, and bolt hole spacing. Voortman’s Xtensive Hole Performance optimizes hole and inner contours by high-definition, plasma cutting. This produces laser-like cutting results. Voortman has further optimized Hypertherm (r) True HoleTM specifically for V808 motors to achieve this standard. Xtensive Hole Performance is used to make small-to–medium slot holes as well as square inner contours.

VACAM software comes with an Office Edition. VACAM Office Edition functions in a similar manner to VACAM Control software. This edition is focused on preparing your products into usable items. The interface is designed to focus on the preparation tasks and provide real-time insight into the material load. This will allow you monitor your production process. VACAM Office provides production information for the whole company.

Within VACAM's open platform, production data can easily be exchanged with third party ERP and MRP software, providing up-to-date insight in the progress of your projects. The software automatically suggests the best solution for any foreseeable problems. This way, your production is not interrupted resulting in increased efficiency and runtime of the system.

FURTHER EXPANSION: The Voortman Vo808 is a foundation for future growth. The V808 and all Voortman machines use the same standard VACAM control software. This means that they speak the same language. The V808 is able to combine with other Voortman machine in an automated, integrated production system called Multi System Integration. This allows for more capacity as your business grows.

The Voortman V808 robotic thermal cutting machine is equipped with the new faster and more accurate versatile Panasonic TL-1800G3 coping robot. The torch nozzle of the robot is fitted with a measuring sensor to measure the exact profile dimensions. During the cutting process the difference between actual and theoretical dimensions are automatically compensated in the machine parameters to ensure the most accurate product possible. To speed up the process even more, the coping robot only measuring the sides of the profile that will actually be processed.
